Welcome to Niyya. By installing or using the Niyya iOS app ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Niyya is a health and wellness companion app for iOS. It helps you organize meals, workouts, prayer times, medications, and habits in one place.
Niyya is not a medical service. Niyya does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. All content in the app is for educational and lifestyle purposes only.
Niyya does not require an account. All data is stored on your device in iOS UserDefaults. You are responsible for the device on which the app is installed and for any data you enter.

Niyya is not medical advice. Condition-specific guidance, meal plans, supplement suggestions, workout routines, and prayer-time scheduling are provided for educational purposes only.
The app uses a small number of third-party services. We do not control them, do not warrant their availability, and are not responsible for their data handling beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy:
The Niyya name, logo, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Usman Khalil. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its content without written permission.
User-generated content (your profile, your logs, photos you take) remains entirely yours and is never transferred to us.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the app's operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of:
You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device. We may suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice if necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
A paid Premium tier is planned for a future release. If and when introduced, it will be offered as a recurring in-app subscription managed by Apple. Pricing, terms, and the exact feature list will be disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions will follow Apple's standard refund and cancellation policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise.
